Our background within The Mor Group is based on design led consumer services. Most specifically that is Mor Interiors although it also extends to architectural and building services. Most crucially, whatever aspect of property we deal with, we do so with design and creativity at its heart.
We will look to present and feature our favourite areas of your home. Perhaps the less obvious elements and highlights that really make a unique space. It could be the atmosphere of a space, the mood of a little nook or the great vista of a showpiece window.
We focus on two distinct areas of presentation; the online and the in-person. The online will concentrate on attracting the interest of the buyers in the market. What makes people book an appointment rather than just skipping through. What is our feel, vibe or wow? Photos and videos taken with care to highlight the features of your home not just because there needs to be a picture. The in-person will see us ensuring that great features, whether design, lifestyle or practicality are understood by all potential buyers helping them to get a proper feel in a relatively short space of time.
As a result of this approach, Mor will present and understand your home better than any other agent in Cornwall. We will work with you to ensure that buyers see and feel how the house would and could work for them and, should the need exist, help them to visualise the changes they could make.
